Shipping policy

We only provide local delivery and pick-up to prevent the product from getting damaged. The local delivery rate will be charged based on the location radius (up to 50 km from the store) for deliveries that are more than 50 Km away from us, please contact us before placing your order. Pick-up will be free of charge.

Canceled deliveries due to weather conditions will be delivered the next day if the weather permits.

All custom products need 3-5 days to process, unless we confirmed that we can make it/them earlier. We will send you an email once the product is ready for pick-up or delivery.
