Delivery & Pickup Terms & Conditions

We deliver to Ottawa / Gatineau area and surroundings.
Delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.
Our deliveries are made between 10 am to 7 pm on weekdays and weekends.
Clients / Recipients will be provided with a delivery time frame a day before the delivery or the day of the delivery.
For same day deliveries, orders placed before 11 am will be delivered the same day before 7 pm.
If you need the order to be delivered at a certain time, kindly mention that in the instructions.
It's the client's responsibility to ensure someone is home to receive the order in the provided time frame.
Delivery fee will cover only one delivery attempt.

WE DON’T GUARANTEE ANY BALLOONS LEFT OUTDOOR (Hot or cold weather may damage the balloons)

Pickups can be made during our working hours.
