Refund policy

All orders are final sale and non refundable. A store credit maybe issued depending on the notice given. The store credit can be used at a later date as long as the production of the order hasn't started.

 

***Refundable safety deposits of our rentals will be refunded once we receive/collect them in the same condition they were given. Charges will apply to failure attempts in collecting the rentals, damages to the rentals may result in complete loss of the safety deposit and we reserve the right to charge the customer for any additional charges if it applies. Rentals that aren't returned on the agreed date and time won't be refunded back the safety deposit.

All Balloon sales are final, once a product is delivered or picked up we can’t be held responsible for any defects as all our products should be handled with care. We advise taking the balloons indoors directly after pickup.
