Delivery charges if requested will be added at the last stage when placing the order. (Delivery costs varies depending on the distance from our store).

The delivery fee will be doubled if the number of balloon pillars ordered are between 5 to 8 pillars and it will be tripled if the number of balloon pillars ordered are between 9 to 12 pillars. If extra delivery fee applies to the order, it will be collected separately.
- A refundable safety deposit for each pillar of $30 is required. Once the stand is returned in the same condition within 5 days, the deposit will be returned back to the same method of payment.
All Balloon sales are final, once a product is delivered or picked up we can’t be held responsible for any defects as all our products should be handled with care. We advice to take the balloons indoors directly after pickup.
Air inflated balloons should stay inflated for days or even weeks, however we cannot guarantee how long they will stay as many factors could affect them such as: extreme heat, extreme cold or sharp objects.
Helium balloons are treated with HIFLOAT to keep them float couple of days to a week, however we cannot guarantee how long they will stay as many factors could affect them such as: extreme heat, extreme cold or sharp objects.
