- Our rental hoops are approximately six feet high. They add a luxurious touch to your party! the setup fee includes hoop rental, balloons installation & styling onsite, delivery & a refundable safety deposit.
- There is a $100 plus tax refundable safety deposit that will be added to the setup fee for the hoop rental. Once we collect the hoop in the same condition it was given, the $100 plus tax will be returned back.
- Once the order is placed a rental agreement will be sent to the client to be signed and returned to us.
- The setup includes 2 main colours and 1 chrome colour.
All Balloon sales are final, once a product is delivered or picked up we can’t be held responsible for any defects as all our products should be handled with care. We advice to take the balloons indoors directly after pickup.
Air inflated balloons should stay inflated for days or even weeks, however we cannot guarantee how long they will stay as many factors could affect them such as: extreme heat, extreme cold or sharp objects.
Helium balloons are treated with HIFLOAT to keep them float couple of days to a week, however we cannot guarantee how long they will stay as many factors could affect them such as: extreme heat, extreme cold or sharp objects.
